Let’s talk about it because nobody teaches this stuff, and I want you to feel empowered when you book a pro.
1. Please, send photos.
Your idea of “natural” might be my idea of full glam. Photos (of looks you love and your own face without makeup) help me meet your vision.
2. Clean face, dry hair.
Unless I’ve said otherwise, come with a fresh face and clean, dry hair. No leftover mascara or styling product. It saves time and helps your look last longer.
3. Speak up.
This is your face. If you’re unsure about a lip color or want less contour, say so. Pros want you to feel amazing open communication is key.
4. Timing matters.
Hair and makeup take time. If your call time is 9:00 AM, don’t schedule me for 8:30. Give at least an hour, more for bridal or special looks.
5. Be honest about skin and allergies.
If you’re sensitive to something, let me know early. I carry pro products, but everyone’s skin is different and I want you safe and glowing.
6. Trust the process.
Some stages of glam look weird. You’re not supposed to judge it mid-bake or before lashes are on. I promise: let me finish before you panic.
7. It’s okay to bring inspo just don’t expect copy-paste.
You’re beautiful as you. I’ll take your inspo and tailor it to your features, coloring, and vibe. That’s how you get a flawless finish that fits you.
Hair and makeup are collaborative. When we work together with clear communication and trust, magic happens.
